If I had been reading Benjamin Franklin while training my employees in the call center, I don’t know if they would have understood me if I had said:
Be civil to all; sociable to many; familiar with few; friend to one; enemy to none.Or if they would have just wondered why I was wearing those funny-looking glasses.
