I am still without an internet connection at home but still hopeful. There was no DSL service and no cable internet service, so satellite is the only choice. Still waiting to be rescheduled after missing the installer last week. Right now, I am at work. I work every Sunday doing computer stuff that has to be done when everyone else is out of the system. Usually, I get to do that from home through an internet connection, but not today!

Isn't it interesting to discover how much we depend on something by losing it for a time?
Fingers crossed for a quick delivery of internet to your new home!

There have been times when Trevor and I have been without internet connection and we've both felt mildly depressed. It's silly because we shouldn't depend on it - we've managed most of our lives without it. Peg's right. Also, how did we ever manage without mobile phones?
With the internet, I feel like I can roam all over the globe. Without it, it feels like my world is very much smaller!
