Anger is Fear

I was talking to a friend today at Toastmasters. He said that conflict comes from anger and anger comes from fear. I thought about it in relation to the conflict with my coworker. I agreed that my anger came from fear. I could even identify four things that I was afraid of. But they seemed somewhat unfounded when I said them out loud.
