It's Simple But It's Not Easy

It's not easy. It's faster to react than to consider before you act. That's what most people are doing so that's what you see all the time. It's hard to remember. But it is simple. By keeping a few things in mind, things that you already know, you can change your position, so you're not so much under attack, and gain a new perspective from which everything is clearer.
