Appreciation and Gratitude

Having set up my iGoogle page to follow my favorite bloggers on Google Reader and Twitter, I have been reading many great thoughts on leadership lately. Of all, the most important aspect of leadership is appreciation and gratitude for the unique gifts and contributions of those you work with. To be understood and appreciated is a very great thing!
