Don't Take It Personally (continued)

Now all this does require some mental agility. You can’t step out from in front of the target if you are just standing there open-mouthed in disbelief that someone attacked you. And you can’t be taking the time to ponder what they’re saying before you move. You have to already know what to do. And it would be very helpful if you knew what your strengths and weaknesses are. But that’s a handy thing to know anyway.
